We don't sell your data or profit from it in any way. Here's what we collect, who stores it, what we use it for, and how to exercise your rights.

Data we collect

Only what you give us in the site's forms:

  • Project request: name, company, email, phone, project type, budget and the description of your idea.
  • Job application: name, email, phone, location, current job, LinkedIn profile, résumé, cover letter and your answers.
  • Account: email and password. The password is stored encrypted; no one at Softxico can see it.

We don't ask for sensitive personal data.

What we use it for

  • Preparing your project's plan and contacting you about it.
  • Reviewing your application and contacting you about the position.
  • Giving you access to your account.

We don't use your data for advertising or profiling, and we won't send you emails you didn't ask for.

We don't sell or profit from your data

We don't sell or rent your personal data. We don't use it for advertising or make any money from it.

Only the providers we need to run the site handle it, on our behalf and under our instructions. They can't use it for their own purposes.

Providers we use

These are the services that store or process data for us. Their servers may be outside Mexico.

  • Firebase Hosting and Cloud Run (Google)

    What it stores
    Technical data about each visit, such as the browser and the pages requested.
    What for
    Serving the site and protecting it from abuse.

  • Cloud Firestore (Google)

    What it stores
    Your project requests: name, company, email, phone, project type, budget and description.
    What for
    Preparing your project's plan and following up on it.

  • Firebase Authentication (Google)

    What it stores
    Your email and encrypted password, or your Google account's name and email if you sign in with it.
    What for
    Letting you log in to your account.

  • SMTP2GO

    What it stores
    Your project request's details included in the emails.
    What for
    Sending you your request's confirmation and notifying our team.

  • Google Fonts

    What it stores
    Technical data about your browser when the fonts load.
    What for
    Showing the site's fonts.

Cookies

We don't use advertising or analytics cookies. If you log in, your browser keeps the session data so you stay logged in.

How long we keep it

Only as long as needed for the purpose you gave it to us for. Then we delete it.

Your rights

You can access your data, correct it, ask us to delete it or object to its use (ARCO rights). You can also withdraw your consent. Send us your request with your name, your email and what you're asking for. We'll reply within 20 business days.

Who is responsible for your data

Softxico, located at Paseo del Puma Norte 145, Tarímbaro, Michoacán 58893, Mexico, is responsible for the personal data you give us on this site, under Mexico's Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties.
